The Stadium Consultancy supports ArenaCom in consultancy contract for Dynamo Moscow FC
The owners of Dynamo Football Club, VTB Bank, have launched a project to develop a new 45’000 seater stadium, a proposed venue for the FIFA WC 2018, on the location of the existing Dynamo stadium at Leningradskiy Prospekt. The stadium will be integrated with a 17’000 seater indoor arena for basketball, hockey and concerts. The EUR 1 billion project also includes the entire redevelopment of Petrovski Park where Dynamo’s training facilities will be located and commercial functions will be developed. The project is named after Dynamo owner and financier of the project, VTB Bank.
TSC has teamed up with German consultants ArenaCom to jointly assist and represent Dynamo FC in the development process of the new stadium and arena. Specific tasks of the team include to review the design and to warrant that it will be in line with FIFA, UEFA and good practice in stadium (safety) design. In addition the team is to optimise the commercial and operational concept (commercial rights, hospitality and catering) of the stadium and advise the club on the business plan and commercial contracts for the operation of the stadium.
