TSC starts the planning of phase III of the extension of the Grolsch Stadium

TSC has been awarded a contract by FC Twente '65 to deliver consultancy services to start-up and manage the planning of the 3rd extension of the Grolsch Stadium.
During this 3rd phase of the extension of the Grolsch Stadium (formerly Arke Stadium), the capacity of the stadium will be increased with 5,100 seats to 29,500 by adding a 2nd tier to the East stand.
As part of the services under the contract TSC will supervise the design team on behalf of FC Twente, tender the construction works and negotiate the contract with the general contractor.
Other key tasks inlude managing all contacts with the (local) authorities with regard to the project and supervising the consultants responsible for executing the necessary studies to obtain the environmental permit, such as the mobility concept, noise pollution study, flora and fauna scan, archeological scan, soil, air and water pollution studies.
