TSC appointed as design consultants to Quille/HOK/Arte-Charpentier for Le Havre stadium
BUSSUM, 20th of March 2009
A consortium consisting of Quille (part of the Bouygues Construction group), HOK Architects and Arte-Charpentier architects has appointed TSC as their design consultants to prepare a proposal to design and build the proposed new 25,000 seater stadium in Le Havre, France.
The stadium will not only be used by resident football club Havre Athletic Club but will also be suitable to host a wide range of other events and will be located on a brownfield site in the Northeast of the city.

The services of TSC will specifically focus on the operational requirements of the stadium such as the safety & security requirements (access, egress and evacuation concept), welfare and disabled facilities, hospitality & catering facilities, maintenance, storage and waste requirements and multi-use requirements.
In addition TSC will prepare a benchmark of the operational costs of the stadium, based on experience with comparable venues.
