The Stadium Consultancy appointed client representative for FC Twente's stadium extension

The Stadium Consultancy has been appointed Client Representative by FC Twente '65, a Dutch Premiership club, for the extension of their stadium. Today the Board of FC Twente approved of continuation of the project, based on the business plan, financing model and conceptual design, which had been prepared by TSC in the previous phase.
A project team has been established under the supervision of TSC consisting of IAA Architects, structural engineers Aveco de Bondt, M&E engineers Matrix and building contractor Te Pas Bouw, a subsidiary of the Volker Wessels Group.
The team faces a challenging planning with start of construction to start October 2007 and with little more than 7 months to obtain the necessary construction and environmental permits.
