TSC wins tender for consultancy services for Wisla Krakow stadium

The City of Krakow has awarded the tender for the design review and preparation of the financial exploitation plan of the Wisla Stadium to The Stadium Consultancy.
Recently the North and South stands of the stadium, which dates from 1922, have been fully redeveloped to meet the latest standards. With the award of Euro 2012 to Poland and Ukraine the City of Krakow wants to redevelop the East and West stands as well, in order to meet the UEFA requirements for 2012.
To this end The Stadium Consultancy has been asked by the City's Euro 2012 Department to review the design made by local architects Studio Architektoniczne in accordance with the UEFA Elite and Euro 2012 Stage 1 Bid Requirements. In addition The Stadium Consultancy will prepare the financial exploitation plan for the stadium.
Reconstruction works of the East and West stands will start in the second half of 2008 in order to be ready mid 2010.
