Ben Veenbrink part of UEFA expert team to deliver safety & security workshop for the Russian Football Federation
Today a UEFA team consisting of Marc Timmer, Head of Stadia and Secuirty, Kenny Scott, UEFA Security Consultant and Ben Veenbrink, UEFA Stadium Consultant, delivered a safety & security workshop to 26 participants from the Russian Football Federation, Premier League clubs and the Russian Ministry of Interior.
After the success of the EU-UEFA Conference in Vienna, the RFS requested the UEFA Stadia & Security unit to deliver a tailormade workshop for all safety & security managers of Russian Premier League teams as well as representatives from the Ministry of Interior.
The program addresses issues such as Incident Monitoring & Prevention, Interational Cooperation and Information Exchange, Integrated Safety & Security Management, P & S factors, Role of the UEFA Security Officer and concluded with the introduction of the UEFA Stadium & Security Expert Tool (SSET) which was made available to all 26 participants.
