During the preparation phase of the stadium project The Stadium Consultancy is capable of preparing the tender documents and organise the tendering process on behalf of our clients. Our legal experts are fully versed in the complex requirements of European Tendering. TSC can solicit select and negotiate the engagement of a general/building contractor and ensure that the (guaranteed maximum) price and construction planning are in line with the project budget and planning.
Because of its broad and longstanding experience in and know-how of the stadium industry TSC can also manage the solicitation, selection and contract negotiations for delivery or service contracts specific to the stadium industry, such as specialist equipment (seats, screens, CCTV, access control, ticketing, etc.), catering and hospitality contractor, facility management.
