PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In many of its projects The Stadium Consultancy acts as client's representative responsible for managing the stadium project on behalf of the client. With their project management skills and broad know-how of stadium related issues TSC's project managers are capable of managing the process and as consult on the content.

In our role as client representative TSC reports directly to the board of the client and is the counterpart of the design team as well as the construction team.

The client representative is responsible for managing the stadium project on behalf of the client using the project management methodology and by managing on the following aspects:

  1. Time (T), realising the stadium within the deadline set
  2. Money (M), realising the stadium within budget
  3. Quality (Q), realising the stadium with the agreed performance
  4. Organisation (O), defining the tasks, responsibilities and authorities of those involved in the stadium project
  5. Information (I), defining who will get which information

To this end the client representative will prepare a project plan, setup the project organisation and prepare a project information plan upon start of the project.

At the end of each phase the client will receive a project management report, describing the results of the previous phase (based on the 5 project management aspects) and the activities for the next project phase. If necessary the report will propose mitigation plans to warrant that the project will still be realised within the management aspects T, M and Q. This report will serve as a decision document for the client to embark on the next phase.
