| Project Description: | Mixed development of a 30’000 seater stadium, a hotel (16’400 sqm), commercial offices (18’400 sqm.) and retail (23’500 sqm.) in the city of Izmit in the Turkish province of Kocaeli. |
| Services description: | TSC preformed the financial modelling for the development of the project and the operations budget of the stadium. In addition TSC, in collaboration with Pöyry Architects, prepared the conceptual design and the master plan of the project. |
