DE NIEUWE KUIP

The old stadium of Feyenoord Rotterdam, ‘De Kuip’, is outdated and the club and the stadium operator in collaboration with the City of Rotterdam are developing plans to build a new 68’000 seater stadium only hundreds of meters away from the old stadium, located at the riverside.
The new stadium will be fully versatile, capable of hosting the widest range of events –both large and small- besides the football matches of Feyenoord. It will feature a retractable roof and retractable pitch and will comply with the UEFA Elite Requirements.

Currently the project is still in the definition phase. In order to prepare an estimate of the construction costs TSC has made an analysis of the required space inside the stadium and has drafted a spatial program, defining all necessary areas and the required square meters.
