Project Description:

Development of a new multifunctional 50’000 seater stadium for the French city of Lille. The stadium will be the home to LOSC Lille Métropole and capable of hosting a wide variety of non-football events.
TSC was appointed as stadium consultant to a consortium led by Bouygues Construction who were bidding for the tender for this Design-Build-Operate project.

Services description:

TSC ‘s role and responsibilities within the Bouygues Consortium were to:

  • Prioritise the client’s program of requirements and assist the architects of the consortium to translate these into the design;
  • Advise on specific stadium design issues and propose specific solutions, in particular for the multipurpose use of the stadium;
  • Advice on the functional and operational requirements of the stadium;
  • Advice on specific stadium building technology and building efficiency;
  • Prepare the operational model for the stadium;
  • Prepare the 30-year operational budget for the stadium;
