| Project Description: | Widzew Lódz, one of Poland’s most famous and popular football teams is currently playing in Liga I in Poland. Under the new owner, Widzew Lódz has set out an ambitious plan which consists of both sportive and business goals:
Integral part of this plan forms the development of a new 20-25.000 seater stadium. The present Widzew stadium is outdated and offers very limited possibilities to optimise match day revenue by price segmentation and by increasing hospitality and sponsor income. The proposed new stadium will be part of a mixed development scheme consisting of a residential zone, hotel, offices, retail and entertainment. |
| Services description: | TSC will prepare the ambition level and program of requirements for the new stadium with the aim of the club’s goals and foreseen future growth. Based here upon various options will be analysed in financial model in which future income and expenditure in the new stadium will be projected. Risks will be identified and a sensitivity analyses will be carried out. |
