The Stadium Consultancy prepares the plans for the new Stadio San Vito of Cosenza Calcio. The project is part of the programme of the Italian Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie B (B Futura) to support their member clubs in the upgrading of their stadium infrastructure.

The current stadium was built in 1964 and holds up to 24,000 spectators. Due to safety reasons, the official capacity of Stadio San Vito has been reduced to 10,000 in 2008.

The objective of the project is to develop a new stadium of minimum 11,000 seat capacity (with expansion possibilities to 16,000 seats) on the site of the existing stadium. The new stadium will be a modern football-only stadium with improved ambience and fan experience by removing the athletics track.

Adjacent to the stadium, a new academy of the club will be developed. In addition, it is proposed to add approx. 14,000 sqm of commercial area to the stadium programme.
