The Stadium Consultancy is delighted to announce the appointment of James Lamb as Executive Director of our new UK & Ireland office. James will be joining TSC from Aston Villa FC, where he served as Head of Estates Development.
TSC’s Managing Director Ben Veenbrink and James Lamb formalised the launch of the new UK & I office which will focus on targeting venue projects in the UK & Ireland. This moment marks an exciting and significant milestone in TSC’s growth since its formation in 2006.

James shared his excitement on his new role: “I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ben for some 10 years, we share the same philosophy on how to tackle complex stadia and venue development projects. A desire to create amazing fan & visitor experiences, functional and efficient design underpinned by a fully substantiated and robust business case which delivers against desired ROI for venue owners, federations, clubs and municipalities. My Dutch British nationality combined with TSC’s experience in the Netherlands, a pioneering football and stadium development market made this coming together a no brainer”.
