FIFA Forward is FIFA’s investment program to provide the resources and structure necessary for the growth of football across all continents. The Stadium Consultancy is a specialist advisor for FIFA regarding football infrastructure projects.
In collaboration with HFP Projects, we were appointed by FIFA to develop a new implementation strategy and support framework for infrastructure projects under the FIFA Forward Program. The aim of the new strategy and support framework was to standardize the application process and implementation of football infrastructure projects, to enhance the quality of service and efficiency of Forward applications, and to integrate the operations and maintenance of football infrastructure into the program.
