The Stadium Consultancy was appointed by FIFA to visit and inspect high stadiums across the archipelago. The stadiums are currently being built or renovated by the Ministry of Public Works & Housing.
We were tasked with auditing the safety, security and service levels of the stadiums, with a focus on stadium ingress, access control (emergency egress), spectator welfare and circulation. The Stadium Consultancy headed the FIFA and PSSI delegation as Stadium & Infrastructure consultant to support them with our specialized knowledge and expertise in football infrastructure.
The results of the audit have been captured in an assessment report with detailed recommendations towards PSSI and local authorities.
