Qiddiya Gaming & E-Sports District

The Stadium Consultancy was appointed as specialist stadium consultant to Profun, an operations and management consultant for the attractions industry, for the development of the gaming and e-sports district of Qiddiya. The city is set to be the entertainment, sports and cultural capital of Saudi Arabia, offering a range of immersive experiences and attractions.

Within the development there are numerous confidential entertainment assets, which include a theme park with areas and a public realm for sports and e-sports, among others. Our key responsibility was to assist Profun to ensure compliance of the design to international standards and ‘good practices’ and to provide advice on the stadium operations issues (F&B, hospitality, inclusive design, a.o.) as to warrant a safe, secure and welcoming experience.
