Dutch football club Helmond Sport, the Municipality of Helmond and high school OMO aim to jointly develop a multifunctional sports centre at Sports Park De Braak. The project consists of a new masterplan for the entire complex, including the pitches for Helmond Sport and local amateur clubs as well as the development of a new stadium for Helmond Sport (4,500 seats), a new indoor sports hall and a new high school.
After preparing the feasibility study in an earlier stage, The Stadium Consultancy is now responsible for developing the integrated Employer’s Requirements in preparation of the tendering process.
The Stadium Consultancy is responsible for preparing the:
- Feasibility study (phase 1);
- Concept masterplan (phase 1);
- Financial model (phase 1);
- Employer’s Requirements for the new stadium (phase 2);
- Integrated Employer’s Requirements for the entire sports complex (phase 2);
- Employer’s Requirements for the public space of the entire complex (phase 2).
