The Stadium Consultancy was member of a project team responsible for developing the plans for the Topsport and Innovation Park (TIP). This project, which will be located in the Goffert park, will consist of a new 20’000 seater stadium for Dutch Club NEC Nijmegen, a multipurpose indoor sports centre as well as of an educational institute, sports medical facilities and commercial offices. The idea behind the concept is to achieve synergy between various parties in the field of sports, medical and education.
Because of its location in the middle of an historic park a special feature of the TIP will be its green embedding.
The Stadium Consultancy’s role was to review the project concept, business plan and feasibility study in the following areas.
