The Stadium Consultancy was appointed specialist stadium consultant within the design team in order to prepare the design for a new stadium for Al Alrabi Sports Club. This 30,000 seat capacity stadium will be built on the same location as the existing Sabah Al Salem stadium and will meet the highest standards with regard to safety, customer experience and inclusive design.
The Stadium Consultancy is responsible for:
- Preparing the Employers’ requirements;
- Specialist design advice with regard to stadium specific solutions;
- Performing compliance checks and calculations (FIFA, UEFA, safety & security, accessibility);
- Value engineering;
- Preparing the 3D bowl design of the stadium;
- Dynamic crowd modelling.
