The Topsport Zorgcentrum (“Top Sport & Healthcare Centre”) is a 5,000 m2 GLA development. It consists of the training and academy facilities for FC Groningen (Dutch Premier League Club), including a performance training hall, a health centre, a commercial restaurant and meeting centre as well as commercial offices. The building aims to combine state-of-the-art sport training & -science facilities, healthcare facilities and facilities for entrepreneurs.
The Stadium Consultancy is the client representative and project manager for the project.
